Builder and Sea Bright homeowner JD Taylor has worked with Tony Condouris on various projects over the last eight years and likes him so much he even recommended him to his mother when she needed an architect.
“I’m a loyal customer,” says JD, who’s hired Tony to serve as the architect on five projects that included renovations and new home construction. He even brought Tony on as an architect when his mom was looking to renovate her Sea Bright home.
JD says he’d bought a lot in Sea Bright with the intention of building a house to eventually sell until Tony pointed out its untapped potential.
“He’s the master of maximizing water views,” says JD, who ended up selling the home he was living in and making the Sea Bright house his primary residence where he lives with his wife and two young children.
“I love that I can call him up a 8:00 at night to pick his brain about a project,” JD adds. “I recommend him to all my family and friends.”
